Where should the knee pads sit on my knees?
The top of the knee pad should sit right at the top of the knee cap, just under where the knee joint moves. This will give you the most protection with no hindrance to the action of running. Most knee bumps and bruises occur towards the bottom of the knee cap or shin.
DO THEY RUN TRUE TO SIZE?
Classic pants run a little big so if you are in between sizes go down to the lower size. Unisex Style fits pants fit a little slimmer so stick with normal size. Keep in mind that compression gear is meant to be tight-fitting. Size charts are found in the product
pictures.
Example: Male 5'6 170 wears Classic small pants or Unisex Medium pants and med top.
Female 5'8 160 wears Unisex Medium pants and small or med top
